My thoughts to yours
Like most, if not all, of you, I have often gone through situations which would shake me emotionally and mentally. These ‘earthquakes’ would always leave behind scars and different kinds of fear; fear of the unknown, fear of being betrayed and fear of not being enough. Above all, these would also leave behind countless life lessons and opportunities to grow into who I am today and who I could be someday. I would like to share a glimpse of what I have learned and what worked for me with nothing but hope that this might help at least one of you. Embrace yourself . We are often told to be strong and to always keep our heads held high, probably because most people are not comfortable dealing with feelings of sadness or hurt. However, boxing those up in a drawer and running away does more harm than good.
